1. Presentation

IDlift is an agency specialising in the creation of visual identities for tech start-ups. Using a strategic approach and striking design, we help young companies build a strong, credible brand image to attract their first customers and stand out in their market. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors, users and customers who access or use our services.

2. Services

2.1 Deliverability service

IDlift strives to provide the highest quality logo and branding services in the shortest possible time. Prompt, honest and detailed feedback is key to a successful partnership. Approval of deliverables is considered final and no revisions are allowed after approval.

2.2 Logo design process and deliverables

-All logos are created as original artwork

-Final deliverables include multiple formats (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and JPG)

-Basic brand guidelines including colour codes, typography and spacing requirements

-Full copyright transfer upon final payment - Unlimited usage rights in all media

2.3 Design originality:

We do not use templates, pre-made designs or stock graphics in our logo creation process. Each design is created specifically for your brand.

 2.4 Support:

 Due to our low cost, high volume nature, we only offer support and communication via our dashboard, live chat or email - no calls.

2.5 Customer delays after registration:

Our service begins as soon as you have registered and completed the questionnaire. If you do not complete the integration questionnaire, this does not justify a refund.

2.6 Copyright and ownership:

Once payment has been made in full, the customer receives :

-Full ownership of their logo design

-All intellectual property rights

-The right to register trademarks

-The freedom to use the logo for commercial or non-commercial purposes

-The right to modify the design

IDlift waives all rights to the final logo design once full payment has been received.

3. User Responsibilities

By working with IDlift, you agree to:

-Provide accurate information about your startup, your needs and expectations to ensure a suitable design.

-Respect validation and return deadlines to ensure proper project management.

4. Intellectual property

All designs, logos and documents created by IDlift are protected by intellectual property laws.

-Once the final project has been validated and payment has been made, you will be granted full rights to use the logo.

-However, IDlift reserves the right to use the designs for promotional purposes, unless otherwise stated.

-Any reproduction, modification or redistribution of the designs without explicit agreement is prohibited.

5. Payments

-Service fees are payable in full, in advance. A valid credit card must be registered. You authorise IDlift to charge your credit card for the fees set out in this document.

6. Confidentiality

IDlift undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by its customers.

 Unsuccessful concepts and mock-ups will not be reused or disclosed.

-No strategic or sensitive information will be shared with third parties without your consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the collaboration by providing written notice.

 In the event of cancellation of the project by the customer, any payments already made are non-refundable.

-If the cancellation occurs after the commencement of the work, the costs incurred shall be paid according to the progress of the project.

-IDlift reserves the right to refuse or terminate any collaboration in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.

8. Limitation of liability

IDlift shall not be liable for :

-The use made of designs supplied after delivery.

-Any loss or damage resulting from incorrect application of the branding by the customer.

-Technical problems beyond our control with the delivered files.

Our total liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.

9. Applicable law

These conditions are governed by the laws in force in France. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of this jurisdiction.

10. Modifications to the conditions

IDlift reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated on our website and will take effect immediately.
